Refund Policy
All payments made to Clear View Media are non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, we immediately allocate time, resources, scheduling, and production capacity. For this reason, deposits, partial payments, and full payments are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds are issued only in the rare event that Clear View Media is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our own failure to perform.
Client dissatisfaction based on personal preference, changes in plans, delays caused by the client, or property readiness issues does not qualify for a refund.
In certain cases, and at our sole discretion, a credit may be offered in place of a refund. Credits have no cash value and must be used within the specified time period.
